Questo cambiamento \u00e8 stato introdotto per riflettere meglio le dinamiche locali di produzione e consumo dell\u2019energia elettrica in Italia.<\/p><p>Il <strong>PUN Index GME<\/strong> \u00e8 una media ponderata dei prezzi zonali orari dell\u2019energia elettrica. A differenza del PUN, che rappresentava un prezzo unico nazionale, il PUN Index GME tiene conto delle specifiche condizioni locali di produzione e consumo, nonch\u00e9 dei costi di trasporto dell\u2019energia nelle diverse aree geografiche (sei diverse zone: Nord, Centro Nord, Centro Sud, Sud, Calabria, Sardegna e Sicilia).<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>Motivazioni del Cambiamento<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Il passaggio al PUN Index GME \u00e8 stato deliberato dall\u2019ARERA (Autorit\u00e0 di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente) con la delibera <strong>304\/2024\/R\/eel<\/strong>. Questo cambiamento \u00e8 stato motivato dalla necessit\u00e0 di:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Aderenza ai costi reali<\/strong>: Le tariffe zonali riflettono pi\u00f9 accuratamente i costi di produzione e trasporto dell\u2019energia.<\/li><li><strong>Promozione dell\u2019efficienza energetica<\/strong>: Incentivare i consumatori e i produttori a ottimizzare l\u2019uso dell\u2019energia.<\/li><li><strong>Allineamento con le pratiche europee<\/strong>: Adottare un sistema di prezzi zonali gi\u00e0 utilizzato in altri Paesi europei.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>Implicazioni per il Mercato<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Il nuovo indice avr\u00e0 diverse implicazioni:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Maggiore trasparenza<\/strong>: I prezzi rifletteranno meglio le condizioni locali, rendendo il mercato pi\u00f9 trasparente.<\/li><li><strong>Efficienza del sistema<\/strong>: Favorir\u00e0 una gestione pi\u00f9 efficiente delle risorse energetiche.<\/li><li><strong>Impatto sui consumatori<\/strong>: Nella fase iniziale, un meccanismo di perequazione previsto dall\u2019ARERA compenser\u00e0 eventuali variazioni di prezzo tra le diverse zone, mantenendo stabile il costo finale per i consumatori.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd61d4f arithmetischen Mittel der Einkaufs-Ungleichgewichtspreise Psbil_buy;G f\u00fcr jeden Tag des Versorgungsmonats gem\u00e4\u00df der Definition in Artikel 22 Absatz 2 Buchstabe b der EU-Verordnung 312\/2014 und entspricht dem an diesem Tag angenommenen H\u00f6chstwert zwischen: 1) dem System Average Price (SAP), erh\u00f6ht um den SA-Wert (Small Adjustment) gem\u00e4\u00df Ziffer 5.1 Buchstabe a der TIB (Erg\u00e4nzter Text \u00fcber den Ausgleich, laut Anhang A des Beschlusses 312\/2016\/R\/Gas und nachfolgende \u00c4nderungen, in H\u00f6he von 0,108 \u20ac\/MWh in Bezug auf November 2021), und 2) dem TSOPb, der dem H\u00f6chstpreis der vom Verantwortlichen f\u00fcr den Ausgleich f\u00fcr den Gas-Tag abgeschlossenen K\u00e4ufe entspricht.
